Low viscosity, high strength type silicone 'IS-CRN40'
Since a promoter is added to the hardener (catalyst) side, there is less thickening of the main agent due to storage, resulting in longer durability!
The "IS-CRN40" is a silicone rubber for molding that, despite being a high-hardness type, possesses low viscosity comparable to that of general-purpose types, making it highly effective for mixing, stirring, degassing, and pouring operations. The strength after curing is approximately nine times that of standard molding types (tensile strength). The number of releases is several times greater compared to typical molding silicones (according to our company), allowing for a smaller mold area even for larger quantities. 【Features】 - Low viscosity before curing (13-15 Pa·s) - Easy mixing, stirring, and pouring - Low viscosity similar to domestically produced general condensation types - Tear strength (resistance to tearing) is about nine times stronger - The curing agent is colored green, preventing visual mixing failures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
